T1 Beech to reduce back away from neighbouring property (1 Towergate The Mews) by 1.5 - 2m back to an appropriate growth point. Tree is in close proximity to house and is affecting drainage.

1. Holm Oak (frontage, next to left side gate, large) Whilst on site I noticed that this tree is hollow at the base and has 3 fruiting bodies of the fungus Ganoderma adspersum present. The internal decay has created an 'Eiffel Tower effect' with the non functional heartwood having decayed away over time , leaving the surrounding sapwood. The Crown is very large and weighted heavily over the road, pavement and the neighbours house. I am concerned about the safety of this tree. I would strongly recommend the following specification of works is carried out within the next 6 months to reduce the 'sail area' in high winds and lessen weight on branch unions. Reduce in height by approx. 6m. Reduce back South -Western radial spread by approx. 4-5m to lessen weight on dog-legged limb with hazard beam. Reduce remainder of crown to balance and shape. Lift low branch over gates to upright sub branch . Crown lift all around to approx. 3m. remove major dead wood.

TREE AT REAR OF HOUSE (Elm) - reduce crown by pruning outer growth back to live growth points where possible appox 0.5-1m client would like to maintain its size and shading to surrounding area

1. There is a yew tree (T14) between our house at 18 Hazeldene Meads and the adjacent property at 16 Hazeldene Meads. It is now overgrown and is almost touching the two houses. We are concerned about the roots affecting the property at 16 Hazeldene Meads where the property was recently extended to become close to the boundary fence. At 18 Hazeldene Meads, it is affecting the light into our property and will encroach onto the roof and cause damage if allowed to grow. T14 Yew - Reduce in height by approx. 2m so that the top of the tree is at the same level as the adjacent gutter of 18 Hazeldene meads. Prune the sides of the tree to give 1m clearance of the properties on either side. T15 Silver Birch - Reduce the size of the crown by a maximum of 1.5m and remove dead wood.

T1 Elm - The tree is presenting problems for the builders repairing the chimneys. Scaffolding is up above the roof and the problem was not previously foreseen. The tree is too tall also for the proximity to the house. We prepose a 4m reduction in height.

The tree is a mature sycamore. It has died and is leaning over the boundary towards Ainsworth House on Wellington Road. The tree needs to be felled and made safe.

This large beech tree is on the boundary between my house (no11) and nos 6 and 7 Beechwood Close. It also spreads over my neighbours garden at 12 Surrenden Close. All 4 households would like the crown of the tree to be lifted and the size to be reduced as it is shading the gardens in Beechwood Close and blocking light from my property and is now very close to my house. I wish to apply to reduce the size of the crown by a maximum of 2-2.5m

1 x sycamore dismantle in sections to ground level growth is mostly on one side client has concerns the tree will fall on house

2 x elm reduce height by 2-3m ,growth by house by 2-3m and road side by 1-2m large tree's for a small garden ,client would like to maintain a reasonable height

T1) Sycamore - Tree 15m in height. Height of be reduced by maximum of 2.5m Lateral branches to be reduced by maximum of 2m Crown lift to 3m Tree to be reduced due to small size of garden and close proximity of Tree to house. Tree causing a lot of shade to house and garden.
