T1-Horse Chestnut: Fell and replant with a suitable replacement elsewhere in the school grounds. The tree is growing incredibly close to the northern garage wall and the house. Fell the tree due to being an unsuitable species to be so close to the garage and house. At this stage it has low amenity value ( The tree is a young self seeded tree 8m high with a stem diameter of approx 20cm) and would need constant management to retain so close to both buildings. Replant with another native species further from the house and garage where it could be left to develop to maturity with minimal need for further management.

T1 Sycamore- Reduce in height by approx. 4m. Prune back radial spread all around by approx. 2.5-3 m. Remove low trunk growth and major deadwood. The tree owner expressed concern that in autumn the leaves block the highway storm drain and rainwater cascades down his drive into his garage and house

L1 Sycamore. Reduce tree in back left of garden by 3 metres (30%) to allow more light into both clients garden and neighbours also reducing away from house) L2 Ash. Reduce tree by 1 metre (10%) back away from house. All deadwood to be removed also). R1 Ash. Reduce tree in back right of garden by 2 metres (20%) to allow more light and remove all dead branches ensuring tree is healthy throughout. G 3 & G4 Sycamore. Lift canopy of both Sycamore trees overhanging garage. L3 Conifer tree to be removed from fence line. L4 Overhanging ash branches over fence line to be removed.
