Sycamore T10 - Remove lowest bifurcated limb overhanging 7 Poplar Close back to the stem. Remove adjacent secondary limb as shown in attached photo. This will result in raising the crown to achieve approx. 3-4m clearance over the roof whilst retaining a natural looking tree. Ash T9 - reduce crown overhanging neighbouring property by 2m whilst leaving a natural shape.

Yew tree (only one tree) - reduce & re-shape Crown & sides of the tree by three meters. The tree is so large that it is overhanging the roof & walls of neighbours at 3 Fircroft Close, it is also overhanging our garage (1 Fircroft Close) - leaf drop is blocking the guttering on both properties. I am concerned of the risk the tree poses to the identified buildings, it is leaning towards the garage of 1 Fircroft Close & property at 3 Fircroft Close. Considering the recent Autumn / Winter storms we've had, I'm desperate to reduce the canopy size before Autumn to minimise the chances of it being blown over & damaging these buildings in a storm. The tree trunk /base is located two meters away from the garage wall belonging to us (1 Fircroft Close) & five meters away from the wall of 3 Fircroft Close. Neighbours at both 4 & 6 Fircroft Close have complained to me that the tree is blocking their light & would like the tree reduced in size.

T1 - Remove one rotten willow tree from forest school??area?? T2 Horse Chestnut - reduce size of crown by a maximum of 2m T3 - Remove one poor condition horse chestnut T4 - Cut back to lateral branches by 0.5m on one yew tree from roof line and carry out a heavy crown lift to 3m on one sycamore in the same area T5 - Remove and spray a 1m clearance of bamboo down the side of the staff room window T6 - Crown lift one elm and one sycamore to a height of 3m to keep lower branches out of reach from the children

1. There is a yew tree (T14) between our house at 18 Hazeldene Meads and the adjacent property at 16 Hazeldene Meads. It is now overgrown and is almost touching the two houses. We are concerned about the roots affecting the property at 16 Hazeldene Meads where the property was recently extended to become close to the boundary fence. At 18 Hazeldene Meads, it is affecting the light into our property and will encroach onto the roof and cause damage if allowed to grow. T14 Yew - Reduce in height by approx. 2m so that the top of the tree is at the same level as the adjacent gutter of 18 Hazeldene meads. Prune the sides of the tree to give 1m clearance of the properties on either side. T15 Silver Birch - Reduce the size of the crown by a maximum of 1.5m and remove dead wood.

T1 Elm - The tree is presenting problems for the builders repairing the chimneys. Scaffolding is up above the roof and the problem was not previously foreseen. The tree is too tall also for the proximity to the house. We prepose a 4m reduction in height.

Front Garden, Adjacent to the Garage T1 - Macrocarpa Remove major dead and diseased wood, 25mm in diameter and over. Remove 2 to 3 low limbs over the solar panels. Remove limb on the east side. Reduce the top section by 2 to 3 metres. Front Garden, Garage T2 - Small Macrocarpa Fell smaller tree growing through T1 Front Garden, Front Boundary T3 - Beech Remove major dead and diseased wood, 25mm in diameter and over. Front Garden, Adjacent to the Garage G4 - 2 x Cypress Fell as close to ground level as possible. Adjacent to the Pool T5 - Pittosporum Remove the stem over the pool, prune round to reduce overall size. Rear of Caf? T6 - Cypress Reduce height by 3 to 4 metres and shape top. ALL ITEMS INCLUDING REMOVING ARISING DEBRIS, LEAVING SITE CLEAN AND TIDY. The subject trees are located in a domestic front garden and are in need of some remedial pruning, this will help to retain them at a suitable size for their location. With growth encroaching onto properties the suggested works will reduce this problem and also improve the light fall to the solar panels located on the garage roof. The proposal is unlikely to have an adverse impact either on the health of the tree or the character and amenities of the local area

T14/15 Beech Crown reduce and shape by approx. 2.5m Cut back all branches overhanging fire escape and roof terrace area, for health and safety to nearest appropriate growth points. Crown thin congested/crossing/damaged/dead wood approx. 20%

T1 - Cedar - Remove dead, damaged and hanging branches from corwn and remove stumps of previously snapped out branches. Remove lowest limb on the eastern side, to source back beyond previous pruning points, which is overhanging the roof, to reduce needle drop on to the roof and gutters. The tree is a very large stand-alone cedar. Several branches have broken and some of these remain in situ. Some are in contact or hanging very low over the building. The suggested works will remove future issues concerning damage to the property.

We respectfully request permission to carry out a 2-3m crown reduction to appropriate side growth and crown lift to provide a minimum 1m clearance from roof/building to one Elm (T61) as shown on attached TPO schedule supplied by Brighton & Hove. There are branches resting on the roofs of two properties, interfering with TV aerials, roofline, skylight and causing issues with damp/moss.

G1 group identified by Yellow highlighter on plan consisting of 3 Common Horse Chestnut and two Silver Birch. Reduce all trees back to previous reduction points on western side by 2-3 meters max to prevent squirrel access to building roof void. Max diameter branches to remove 50mm (will be regrowth since last reduction only)
