T14 Beech overhanging the pavement and road - Remove the lowest branches to raise the crown to a height of approx 5m and reduce the length of the longest limb protruding over the road by 2.5m T1 Ash overhanging the road - Raise crown to 3m over pavement T13 Beech on corner of the house - Reduce crown away from the roof line by 2.5m and blend in to the surrounding crown to retain the natural character of the tree.

Scots Pine- remove Deadwood, remove approximately 4 m from the lateral limbs overhanging the roof line to reduce end weight

T12 - Fastigiate Hornbeam - prune back 6 No. limbs wall (by no more than 3 metres) - to prevent squirrels jumping from tree to school roof.

T11 - Sycamore - prune back 8 No. limbs growing towards school building by 3 metres - to prevent squirrels from jumping onto school roof

T1- Holm Oak - prune back canopy by up to 3 metres T2 - Cherry - prune back canopy by up to 3 metres T3 - Holm Oak - crown lift low limbs towards building by up to 7 metres. T4 - Yew - reduce and reshape crown by up to 2 metres. T5 - Holm Oak - prune back canopy by up to 3 metres T6 - Irish Yew - prune back side towards building by 0.5 metres T7 - Cherry - dead - fell. T8 - Cherry - reshape crown by 2 metres. T9 - Plum - prune back by 2 metres T10 - Buddleja - fell to ground level. Above works are to clear building, there is a rodent infestation and squirrels are jumping from the trees onto the school roof.

T1 - Sycamore (2A Ballards Mill Close) - 1 branch to be completey removed as it is rotten, above this a branch to be reduced by approx. 3m as it is too close to the roof especially in full bloom, it also cut out light. T2 - Unknown address - Sycamore - to reduce 1 branch by approx 2m, as shown on photo. Too close to roof and limits sunlight. T3 - Unknown address - To reduce 2 branches by 3m each. Blocks out sunlight. T4 - Unknown address - To reduce 3 branches by 3m each. Blocks out sunlight. T5 - 3 Ballards Mill Close - Sycamore - To reduce 1 branch by 3m. Reduces sunlight and it is too close to the roof and the velux window. T6 - 3 Ballards Mill Close - Sycamore - To reduce branches 1 and 3 (as shown on photo) by 4m. Reduces sunlight and it is too close to the roof and the velux window.

2A (on sketch) - Tree at end of garden decking - branches getting too close to our roof and blocking sunlight. Crown thinning required. 3 (on sketch) - Branches too close to our roof. Crown thinning required.

Fell Sycamore in rear - excessive shading; overhangs house; excessive fouling by birds and squirrels; excessive sap on conservatory roof and glass. I don't wish to replace, but, would like to keep part of the trunk. I think our garden is sinking as the tree takes all the moisture.

T1 Sycamore on rear boundary- thin lower crown and prune back lateral limbs off roof to give 1-2m clearance. Reduce remaining crown by 2m and thin density of branches by 10%. T2 Sycamore overhanging the properties at the rear- reduce the size of the crown by 2m and thin the density of branches by 10% T3 & T4 - 2No. Sycamores nearest the house- remove basal growth and reduce the size of the crown by 1.5 m The proposed work is part of an ongoing maintenance schedule to keep the trees appropriate to their location in close proximity to adjacent property and buildings.

T1 - Ash - Crown lift to 5 metres, partial reduction - to allow access to the drive and reduce contact with the adjoining tree, a Field Maple. T11 - Ash - Crown lift to stop the tree touching the roof of 4 Varndean Holt. T12 - Sycamore - Crwon lift to stop the tree touching the roof of 4 Varndean Holt.
