Construction of part three, part four storey building providing 28no. supported living apartments (C2) for residents with varying levels of care requirements as well as staff areas, communal facilities and ancillary works. External works to form new turning head, additional car parking spaces and landscaped gardens.

Construction of a rock armour revetment along the seaward edge of the beach ridge.
