Roof replacement and associated works to flat roofs above flats 6 & 12 .

Change of use of first floor and part of second floor from commercial premises (E) to form 3no one bedroom flats (C3) and associated internal alterations. Replacement of 2no ground floor rear/side windows with new doors and installation of rear/side garden decking. Installation of new extract stack to rear and removal of existing rear fire escape. Replacement of 2no rear third floor windows with doors providing access onto existing flat roof and associated alterations to parapet to form usable amenity space.

Proposed roof extension to adapt the existing mansard roof and provide 8no additional flats (C3) incorporating new terraces for the third and fourth floors, replacement of all windows, improvement of the existing third floor residential accommodation and associated works.
