Refurbishment of existing summer house to rear including alterations to fenestration and replacement roof.

Internal and external alterations to the cottage within the gardens of North End House. External works include the installation of new doors, roof retiling with clay tiles over new insulation and breather membrane, and the installation of rooflights. Internal works include layout reconfiguration, open fireplace installation, and forming a vaulted ceiling within the main living space.

Alterations to existing roof of link building between main house and garage including raising of ridge height & insertion of rear rooflight, internal alterations to layout, new external door to front elevation and repositioning of lower section of wall to rear of garage.

Proposed ground floor low level rear extension to existing garage. Roof extension to link between garage and main house. Replacement of front double doors with new timber door and window. Removal of rear structure and play equipment and associated internal and external works.
