Alterations to courtyard elevations incorporating enclosed glazed entrance to replace existing timber canopy, alterations to fenestration, replacement external staircase, new and replacement rooflights and remedial works. Internal alterations to layout including removal of mezzanine and damp-proofing works, addition of rooflight and revised fenestrations at ground floor level. Installation of code 5 lead flashings/cappings to parapets of external walls, removal of felt roof covering to dormer and replacement with code 5 lead roofing material (part retrospective).
