1.,To reduce lateral branches encroaching over garden by 2-3 meters.This is on a neighbours walnut tree, 2.To crown reduce semi mature cherry tree leaning over neighbours garden by 1.5-2 meters.To be pruned to prevent future failure/snap outs.

T1- Cherry tree- 1.5 meters off top of the tree and reshape, 10% crown thin.

All works will conform to BS3998. The height to be removed off the birch is 5 metres leaving the new height as 7 metres. The branch to be removed from the acacia is growing at 7 metres and is the lowest branch on the western side. The tree remains 15 metres high.

A neighbour has said that a Fig tree in our back garden makes her garden shady. Crown reduction would reduce the height and shade cast.

T1 is a mature beech tree located on the corner of Windlesham road and temple gardens in the front garden of property 1. Historically it has been heavily reduced which in turn has left some large old pruning wounds. These old wounds are potential weak points, especially as the regrowth from these points increases in size and weight. The suggested works will not be detrimental to the tree nor affect its amenity value, it will however alleviate these problems, which will only increase if not addressed. T2 and T3 are part of an on going maintenance plan to keep the trees an appropriate size for the garden. Front Garden T1 - Beech Reduce height and spread by up to 2 metres, shaping and balancing the remaining crown accordingly. Rear Garden T2 - Pyracantha Reduce height and spread by up to 1.5 metres, shaping and balancing the remaining crown accordingly. Trim to neaten. Trim hard away from neighbours property T3 - Bay Trim all round to neaten

I propose to employ a tree surgeon to prune 4 lime trees. These trees have grown too large and are causing excessive shading (and therefore annoyance) to neighbours. The trees will be topped to the previous pruning height (clearly seen), removing the top 3 metres approximately.

Fell - 2 x Conifers - growing right on the boundary causing damage to the wall and roof (and well as being far too close to the property for safety).
