The client is currently refurbing their garden area with plans to build an office space to the rear of the garden by items G5 & T4 so are aiming to clear the surrounding vegetation for the works. Item T3 is situated between 2 garden sheds and is starting to get too large for its location with the client growing increasingly concerned on branches/limbs falling and causing damage. The remaining items (T2 And G1) are to create a more open garden space. There are various other trees and shrubs growing up the boundary lines within the garden so the suggested works would have little impact on the amenity value of the garden and surrounding area.

Rear Garden of Office T1 - Sycamore Fell as close to ground level as possible. Apply systemic herbicide to stump to prevent re-growth. The tree is being felled because the roots are growing into and under the building causing structural damage. ALL ITEMS INCLUDING REMOVING ARISING DEBRIS, LEAVING SITE CLEAN AND TIDY. Subject to agreement with Harewood Court regarding debris removal via their property
