The client is currently refurbing their garden area with plans to build an office space to the rear of the garden by items G5 & T4 so are aiming to clear the surrounding vegetation for the works. Item T3 is situated between 2 garden sheds and is starting to get too large for its location with the client growing increasingly concerned on branches/limbs falling and causing damage. The remaining items (T2 And G1) are to create a more open garden space. There are various other trees and shrubs growing up the boundary lines within the garden so the suggested works would have little impact on the amenity value of the garden and surrounding area.

T2 is a elder is approx. 3m tall and located in the property of number 8 Norfolk terrace and overhangs the boundary line to number 7. The crown is asymmetrical and heavily one-sided leaning over the neighbours shed roof. The suggested works will not be detrimental to the tree nor affect its amenity value, it will however alleviate these problems, which will only increase if not addressed. Reduce height and spread by up to 2 metres, shaping and balancing the remaining crown accordingly

Bay- Reduce in height by approx. 4-5m and trim all around to shape and balance. Remove 4 or 5 lowest branches over shed. REASON: To allow more light into garden

There are two Trees both come very low over the property at 27. Both Trees are sycamore trees. The plan is to reduce the branches only handing over No 27 Denmark Villas. There are no TPO's an any tree at No 25 or 27 Denmark Villas The trees branches will be cut and all materials will be removed via ropes and taken out via No 27. All materials will be chipped on site. No trees are being felled only branches cut back which all very low handing over the properties and were broken during the storms above. Trees have been identified as 01 and 02 on he sketch. The trees are Elm trees. Following the recent storms the two trees require pruning to ensure no more debris is deposited on he shed, walls and blown into the garden from the last 3 very bad storms in February 2022. No trees are being removed just pruning. There are no TPA trees in either garden of 25 or 27.
