Application for variation of condition 3 of application BH2019/02007 (Conversion of residential care home (C2) to 5no two bedroom and 1no one bedroom flats (C3), incorporating two storey rear extension, revised fenestration and associated alterations (part-retrospective)) to state: The vehicle parking areas shown on the approved plans shall not be used otherwise than for the parking of private motor vehicles and motorcycles belonging to the occupants of and visitors to the development hereby approved, or occupants of and visitors to the development hereby approved under BH2020/01832 and shall be maintained so as to ensure their availability for such use at all times.

Part-retrospective application for external alterations and extensions including a glazed first floor extension above existing flat roof, new lift to roof terrace from promenade level, glazed pergola extension to north west lower ground floor, booth seating, a fire pit with canopy/chimney and bonded gravel surround to the north east side of the lower ground floor and an area of decking with balustrade to the beach south of the site, as approved under application BH2020/02211, without compliance with conditions 1, 4 and 5 of said permission.

Application for variation of condition 8 of application BH2020/01808 (Change of use of the ground floor fish and chips shop (A5) to office (B1) and alterations and single storey extensions to the rear of the building to create a studio flat (C3). (Part-Retrospective)) to state that the residential unit hereby approved shall not be occupied until it has achieved an energy efficiency standard according to Building Regulations requirement Part L1B.

Application for Variation of Condition 2 of application BH2018/02404 (Relocation of 2no modular classroom blocks and erection of a two storey Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) centre with associated cycle parking and landscaping alterations (retrospective)) to amend the wording of condition 2 to the following 'The 2no temporary classroom structures (nos. 40-72 and 47 shown on the site plan 957.18.51 Rev.D) shall be removed from the site within 3 months of the commencement of the use of the STEM building hereby approved, and the land returned to its former condition within 2 months of removal'.
