T1 - Macrocarpa Fell. this tree has an over 50% dead crown. The live section of the crown has clear dieback, it is my feeling that the tree is in steady decline and should be removed and replaced whilst it is still stable enough to do so. Mrs Savvidou wishes to replant with native species of tree.
