External alterations including refurbishment of existing windows, replacement of existing single glazing with double glazing to second and third floors, replacement of railing to second floor terrace east elevation, replacement of external door to north elevation, installation of extraction grilles to the roof, refurbishment and repainting of existing Stucco facades and installation of new soil stack.

Replacement of existing pitched roof with additional storey to create additional office space (E).

Remodelling and extension to Old Ship Hotel to provide additional hotel rooms, leisure facilities and retail units. Works include demolition of existing garage and erection of six storey extension on Black Lion Street, single storey mansard roof extension on Kings Road, reconfiguration of internal courtyard, enclosure of external fire escape on Ship Street, creation of new retail units, provision of new floorspace to provide additional hotel accommodation together with ancillary hotel uses, car park alterations and related external alterations and associated works.

Extension of site boundary to the north/west into part of existing parking area to enable erection of single storey dog kennel building to replace existing storage unit in Area 3, erection of single storey reptile building with green roof in Area 9, reconstruction of Area 7 to replace the dog kennels with rabbit pens involving a minor increase in building height, external alterations and minor extension to Area 10 to replace the rabbit pens with dog kennels, removal of dog kennels from Area 2 and external alterations to Areas 1, 2 and 5, landscape alterations and associated works.

Installation of roof top plant including 1no air handling unit with servicing walkway and 2no condensers.
