(Retrospective)) to allow amendments to approved drawings.

Application for variation of condition 2 and removal of conditions 8 and 10 of application BH2019/03387 (Change of use from retail (A1) to cafe/restaurant (A3) incorporating new shopfront, installation of canopy, ventilation ducting and associated works. (Part-retrospective)) to allow amendments to shopfront elevation (condition 2) and removal of conditions relating to take-away service use (condition 8) and use of pavement area to front of the building (condition 10).

Application for removal of condition 3 of application BH2019/01490 (Change of use from residential dwelling (C3) to four bedroom small house in multiple occupation (C4). (Retrospective))(allowed on appeal). Condition 3 required a scheme to provide that the residents of 64 Islingword Road, other than those residents with disabilities who are Blue Badge Holders, have no entitlement to a resident's parking permit.

Part-retrospective application for external alterations and extensions including a glazed first floor extension above existing flat roof, new lift to roof terrace from promenade level, glazed pergola extension to north west lower ground floor, booth seating, a fire pit with canopy/chimney and bonded gravel surround to the north east side of the lower ground floor and an area of decking with balustrade to the beach south of the site, as approved under application BH2020/02211, without compliance with conditions 1, 4 and 5 of said permission.

Part-retrospective application for the remodelling of existing dwelling including raising of roof height to create an additional floor, erection of two storey rear extension with revised fenestration including rooflights and associated works as approved under permission BH2018/02293, without adherence to conditions 1 and 3 of said permission.
