1 x sycamore dismantle in sections to ground level growth is mostly on one side client has concerns the tree will fall on house

Sycamore - Front garden - Fell tree to ground level and grind stump and replant in the centre of the lawn (species yet to be decided). Reason - The tree is blocking light in to the front romm of the house. The tree started as a sapling and has become out of control and is getting too close to the house.

T1 sycamore, due to the historical split in the main two stems, and the risk of failure i prepose to fell the stem nearest the house and reduce the remaining stem by 2 meters T2 Holly - reduce by 1 meter T3 weaping ash - reduce limbs over road by 2 meters T3 leylandii - fell T4 leylandii - fell T5 sycamore - fell T6 Holly - fell T7 yew - fell T8 holly - fell T9 holly - fell t10 beech - fell t11 holly - fell t12 western red ceder - fell

Fell Sycamore in rear - excessive shading; overhangs house; excessive fouling by birds and squirrels; excessive sap on conservatory roof and glass. I don't wish to replace, but, would like to keep part of the trunk. I think our garden is sinking as the tree takes all the moisture.
