Enclosure of rear courtyard with a retractable roof. (Retrospective).

Removal of existing chimney stack to rear roof above flat 5.

Installation of cast iron rainwater downpipe & hopper to front elevation to allow discharge of water from south roof slope to existing drainage located at 1st floor level.

Alterations to existing roof of link building between main house and garage including raising of ridge height & insertion of rear rooflight, internal alterations to layout, new external door to front elevation and repositioning of lower section of wall to rear of garage.

Proposed ground floor low level rear extension to existing garage. Roof extension to link between garage and main house. Replacement of front double doors with new timber door and window. Removal of rear structure and play equipment and associated internal and external works.
