T1 is a bay tree in the rear garden of number 6 Montpillier villas. The tree is near the property on southern boundary. The works are to maintain the tree at a suitable size and height for its location. This will improve the sunlight to the rear garden which is currently being blocked and affecting the reasonable enjoyment and use if the garden area during the summer months.
