T1 Elm - The tree is presenting problems for the builders repairing the chimneys. Scaffolding is up above the roof and the problem was not previously foreseen. The tree is too tall also for the proximity to the house. We prepose a 4m reduction in height.

Change of use from existing three bedroom single dwelling house (C3) to a six bedroom small house in multiple occupation (C4) incorporating re-positioned front porch, replacement of conservatory roof, fenestration alterations and provision of cycle storage.
