T1 - Fir (Abies) - Tree is growing within patio area and lifting up patio slabs, Section Fell to ground level T2 - Holly (Iex aquafolium) - Tree is growing against boundary wall , Section Fell and eco plug stump G1 - Pyracantha - Grow of trees is growing along boundary wall , Section Fell and eco plug stump T3 - Pear (Pyrus ) - Dead standing tree, Section fell to ground level T4 - Cherry (Prunus avium) - Partially dead standing tree and tree is ivy clad from ground level , Section Fell to ground level T5 - Field maple (Acer campestre) - Tree is growing out of rear boundary line and a severe angle over garden area , Section fell to ground level and eco plug stump

Rear Garden T1 - Bay Fell as close to ground level as possible. Apply systemic herbicide to stump to prevent re-growth. Due to the location of the tree, being next to the rear and close to Eastern side boundary wall. The client has started to notice cracks on the flint wall. The tree is already overgrown for its location and the fact it is now causing damage I recommend the tree be felled before any further damage can occur. ALL ITEMS INCLUDING REMOVING ARISING DEBRIS, LEAVING SITE CLEAN AND TIDY.

1. There is a yew tree (T14) between our house at 18 Hazeldene Meads and the adjacent property at 16 Hazeldene Meads. It is now overgrown and is almost touching the two houses. We are concerned about the roots affecting the property at 16 Hazeldene Meads where the property was recently extended to become close to the boundary fence. At 18 Hazeldene Meads, it is affecting the light into our property and will encroach onto the roof and cause damage if allowed to grow. T14 Yew - Reduce in height by approx. 2m so that the top of the tree is at the same level as the adjacent gutter of 18 Hazeldene meads. Prune the sides of the tree to give 1m clearance of the properties on either side. T15 Silver Birch - Reduce the size of the crown by a maximum of 1.5m and remove dead wood.

The tree is a mature sycamore. It has died and is leaning over the boundary towards Ainsworth House on Wellington Road. The tree needs to be felled and made safe.

G1- Rowan x2- Fell to ground level REASON: Too close to boundary wall, casing path to lift -trip hazard. Stating to move pillar and wall.

This large beech tree is on the boundary between my house (no11) and nos 6 and 7 Beechwood Close. It also spreads over my neighbours garden at 12 Surrenden Close. All 4 households would like the crown of the tree to be lifted and the size to be reduced as it is shading the gardens in Beechwood Close and blocking light from my property and is now very close to my house. I wish to apply to reduce the size of the crown by a maximum of 2-2.5m

T1 is a bay tree in the rear garden of number 6 Montpelier villas. Bn1 3DH. The tree is near the property on southern boundary. The works are to maintain the tree at a suitable size and height for its location. This will improve the sunlight to the rear garden which is currently being blocked and affecting the reasonable enjoyment and use if the garden area during the summer months. The works will not be detrimental, nor will it affect the trees amenity value. Rear Garden by House T1 - Bay Fell as close to ground level as possible. Stump of above Apply systemic herbicide to stump to prevent re-growth.

T1 - Cherry Tree - Fell - Situated in the rear garden the tree is 4m tall, the rots are starting to damage the garden paving. The tree is on the boundary and causes shading to the neighbour's garden.

T5- Holm Oak. Raise crown to approximately 3m and Reduce crown by 2m T4- Holm Oak. Remove all branches within 3m of student accommodation and outdoor seating area. Reduce the weight of any branches overhanging higher than 3m G4- x7 Sycamore along the eastern boundary. Reduce to previous pollard points.
