Remove a section of boundary wall to Henleaze Road and construct a pavement cross over for 2no off street parking spaces with electric vehicle charging point, refuse /recycling store and planting, and build a low boundary wall with next door. Remove the rear garden fence and construct brick boundary wall, with sliding gate. External alterations, including wider folding sliding doors on the side elevation and a single glazed door to the end wall; add new roof lights within the annexe roof; add new roof lights to the Henleaze Road elevation and to the side elevations of the gable together with a fixed glazed window behind the existing cloverleaf stone feature set in to the Henleaze Road gable; add a new roof light to the rear top floor bedroom facing the garden.
