G1 - Mixed group - cut back all trees on Eastern boundary to give neighbours building 2m clearance. T1 - Lime - Crown lift by 1.5m (TPO 113).

Ash (T1022) Monolith due to ADB. Ash (1031) Reduce back scaffold limb on south side by 3m due to presence of inonotus hispidus. Ash T1033 Remove significant deadwood and reduce outer dieback to live growth due to ADB. Ash (G1047) Reduce lateral spread over the building by 3m and crown lift over the building to 2m. Ash (G1059) Fell 10 small trees along the Avonway boundary due to ADB

T1 & T2 - Italian Cypress x 2 - Fell. T3 - Cherry Laurel - 50% Reduction. T4 - Cherry Laurel - Coppice 2 large stems. T5 - English Oak - Remove one dead limb and lowest live limb back to main stem, reduce higher side branches by c.3m back to boundary. T6 - Sycamore - c.4m reduction of side branches back to boundary. T7 & T8 - Elm x 2 - Fell. T3321 & T3322 - Norway Maple x 2 - Crown lift to 3m.

G1 - Mixed species trees along neighbouring boundary - Crown lift to 6m over neighbours side, remove dead wood. T2 - Sycamore - Crown lift to 6m over car park, remove dead wood. T3 &T4 - 2 x London plane - Prune back to clear building by 1m.

T1 - Leyland Cypress - Prune back canopy over neighbours roof by 3m to fence boundary. T2 & T3 - Lawson Cypress x 2 - Fell.

T1 - Beech & T2 - Silver Birch - Reduce by approx 2.5m back to Scout boundary. T3 - Ash - Fell. T4 - Beech - Reduce by approx 3m away from building and lift to 4.2m.

Reduce hedge line down to 6m and siding hedge back to boundary line. Fell conifer to front. Fell silver birches to rear.
