Application for the variation of Condition 11 (List of approved plans and drawings) of planning permission 20/04067/F, which approved a 1-bed, ground floor flat and a first floor and loft, 2-bed maisonette to the side of no. 50 Beverley Road. Amendment sought: to allow a dormer roof to the rear of no. 50 Beverly Road and outdoor amenity space to the rear of the new build maisonette.

Application for variation of condition No 5 (List of approved plans and drawings) and deletion of condition No 4 (obscure glazed and non opening roof light) following grant of planning permission of 22/01157/H for the proposed erection of two, small pitched roof dormers on the side elevation with associated works. Amendment sought for removal of rooflight to the main roof slope, change to the style of windows and addition to rooflights to dormer roof slope.

Application for variation of condition No. 3 (List of approved plans and drawings) following grant of planning permission 20/06185/H for the erection of front porch with tiled roof, and enlarge opening where current entrance door is. Remove the existing dormer over the entrance door and replace with a rooflight, and insert an additional new adjacent rooflight. Amendment sought for alterations to the proposed roof and now have a rendered (not brickwork) finish to the new walls.

Application for the variation of condition no.2 following grant of application 20/04485/H for a replace hip roof with gable roof and loft conversion with flat roof dormer window to the rear and pitched roof dormer windows to the front. Erection of a single attached garage to the side and conservatory to the rear. Amendment sought for changes to the side garage extension involving raising the eaves height and increasing the width of the garage door.

Application for variation of condition No. Condition 25(List of approved plans) following grant of planning permission 20/04662/F - Extension and conversion of existing house into 2no. self-contained flats, and the erection of 2no. self-contained flats, with associated works. Amendment sought for entrance porch and WC for Flat 4 on the south elevation of the new-build element, and a single dormer window serving Flat 3, again on the new-build element, located centrally within the rear roof slope.
