Application for the variation of condition No. 22 (which lists approved plans) following grant of planning permission of 21/06587/F for 4 no. residential dwellings (Use Class C3) created through change of use with existing commercial part-retained, and alterations including 2 new windows to first floor, enlarge 2 windows to first floor, enlarge existing dormer, and add new rooflight.

Application for variation of condition No. 3 (List of approved plans and drawings) following grant of planning permission 20/06185/H for the erection of front porch with tiled roof, and enlarge opening where current entrance door is. Remove the existing dormer over the entrance door and replace with a rooflight, and insert an additional new adjacent rooflight. Amendment sought for alterations to the proposed roof and now have a rendered (not brickwork) finish to the new walls.

Application for the variation of condition 7 (List of Approved Plans) following grant of planning permission 19/01210/F - change of use of existing ground floor commercial premises and the first floor (occupied by one bedroom flat) currently comprising the ground floor of 7 Passage Road & 13 Watkins Yard to provide two houses (13 Watkins Yard as a 3 person, two bedroom house; 7 Passage Road as a 4 person, two bedroom house) associated external changes including removal of shopfront; new front dormer; replacement of all UPVC windows with timber replacements - now external alterations, including omission of 2no. dormer windows (on 7 Passage Road and 13 Watkins Yard), to be replaced with roof lights. Also one of 3no. roof lights to the rear roof slope of 7 Passage Road have been omitted and the remaining roof lights re-positioned.

Proposed variation of condition 6 attached to consent granted under app.no.16/05580/F - Proposed single storey rear/side extension and double storey rear/side extension, plus rear dormer roof extension and increase current number of bedsit units to seven - now proposed alteration to layout of the first floor to create a 6n. bed HMO.
