Application for the variation of condition no.9 (List of Approved Plans) following the grant of planning permission 17/06564/F - demolition of double garage and the erection of a two bedroom house with parking and amenity space - now proposed amendments to the living/bedroom accommodation involving enlargements of the the proposed roof and insertion of a dormer to the rear elevation.
