Application for variation of condition No. 3 (List of approved plans and drawings) following grant of planning permission 20/06185/H for the erection of front porch with tiled roof, and enlarge opening where current entrance door is. Remove the existing dormer over the entrance door and replace with a rooflight, and insert an additional new adjacent rooflight. Amendment sought for alterations to the proposed roof and now have a rendered (not brickwork) finish to the new walls.
