Application for variation of Condition Nos. 8(Second floor window) and 10(List of approved plans and drawings) following grant of planning permission 20/03969/F - Extension and part conversion of rear, ground and upper floor ancillary retail storage area (Class A1) to provide residential flats (Class C3) following demolition of existing outbuildings.

Proposed strip out of the existing front of house Pumpkin retail unit and the construction of a new Cafe Local retail unit located on Platform 10 and 12 at Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station, Bristol. The demolition works include floors, internal walls, ceilings, counters and signage to accommodate the new Cafe Local brand fit out. All works to be contained within the existing site demise area and external illuminated signage to be replaced in the same location as the existing signage with new internally applied window graphics.
