Reduce Yew by approx 80cm in places, up to 1m where tree is close to house or low over road (TPO 634).

T1 - Copper Beech - Reduce height by 2-3m, install 4t rated Cobra Brace between the two co-dominant stems, reduce crown spread and 3m spread reduction where lower to mid-crown lateral branching extends towards house, crown lift by removing lowest laterals that extend towards property and driveway to approx 4.5-5m clearance, crown lift over pavement and road to 2.5m and 5.5m, thin crown by 20% (TPO 364)

T2 - Oak - Crown reduce on house side to 2m clearance. T7 - Oak - Crown thin by 10%. T8 - Oak - Reduce limb extending towards house by 2m, crown thin by 10%. (TPO 294)

Beech - Reduce lower canopy near house by 3m. Sycamore - Reduce lower canopy near house by 3m (TPO 229).

Holm Oak - Reduce branches close to house by 2.5m, crown raise to 5m. (TPO 323)

T3 - Holm Oak - Remove lowest lateral limb overhanging driveway back to main stem, clear crown away from house by up to 3m (TPO 123).

T18 Ash - Prune the branch closest to the house back to the previous points of reduction and reshape the northern side of the crown as feasible. Check the cable brace for signs of corrosion and replace if required.

G1- Group of 5 Sycamores- Reduce 3 of group back to boundary to clear house, approx. 3m. TPO1294.

Ash - Fell. Beech - Reduce building side by 2.5m to clear house, remove dead wood and Crown Raise 1m above summer house and match rest of crown.

European Lime (T1 & T2) - Reduce both in height by 25% (Up to 4m) and thin by up to 20% to reduce water uptake. Reduce southern aspect of each tree where it encroaches on both garden and house (up to 1.5m). TPO 032.
