Norway Maple (T1) Reduce back the lateral spread by 2.5m to the previous pruning points on the N/E side of the tree. Falling leaves and debris are causing issues with drainage on the flat roof of the adjacent building.

Ash - Cut back branches by approx. 10% that overhang the border wall coming into the plot of 27 Runswick Road and overhanging the roof and sidewall of the property. TPO 243.
