Section 19 application for variation of consent granted under app. 20/01730/LA, Garage refurbishment and roof alteration to reinstate upper floor - amendment to the proposed roof, to allow for the difference in height between the roof and the parapet (roof extension off-set from the rear wall and hidden gutter created).

Application under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 for the variation of condition 18 following grant of planning application 20/02068/LA for the proposed addition of a lift, alter the external forecourt, install replacement windows on ground floor and roof lanterns. Internal alterations- now proposed amendment to design of lift, adjusting location and changes to basement plan to accommodate a toilet.
