Removal of the upper sections of the existing retaining wall. Please note the retaining wall is not specifically listed but did historically form the boundary of a listed building.

Internal works to facilitate the upgrade of existing childcare facilities, removal of unconsented existing timber fence and addition of a timber/iron fence to the south boundary of the external play area and the installation of replacement and additional signage.

Partial demolition of boundary walls and construction of a 2-storey building containing 2no. dwellings with associated external space, refuse and cycle storage.
