Complete sash window overhaul and upgrade, with timber casement/fixed light windows to be serviced, with any decay repaired ahead of full redecorations. Repair and redecoration of all joinery and redecoration of painted stucco elevations. Re-rendering of boundary wall where the existing render is failing.
