Internal reconfiguration and enhancement of thermal envelope of existing property, alongside landscaping works including pool and gym. Key proposals include; thermal lining and glazing upgrades, replacement timber double glazing, minor layout adjustments mainly restoring to the original configuration of the house, reinstatement of window openings, new windows and dormer set back from main facade and roof.

4 no. residential dwellings (Use Class C3) created through change of use with existing commercial part-retained. Alteration to front elevation: 2no. new windows to first floor behind commercial parapet. Alterations to rear elevation: Enlarge 1no. windows to first floor, 1no. new window to first floor and enlarge existing dormer and add new AOV rooflight to roof.

The proposed works are the like-for-like replacement of two dormer windows to the rear top floor of 5 West Mall.
