Retrospective installation of 2no. artificial Japanese Acer trees attached to existing building frontage.

The removal of the garage under the large Beech tree and the construction of a garden shed/office, replacement gate and removal of small section of wall at vehicular access.

Proposed rear single storey flat roof extension. Add an area of paving, re-render damaged walls, and remove a tree (following approved applications 20/05055/LA and 20/05054/F).

Remove garden wall (approx. 21m) and then rebuild using a lime mortar for bedding and pointing with the coursing pattern to exact match the existing. The wall will be reconstructed with an opening for tree root to pass through.
