Application for temporary modification of an approved document under Section 74B and 74C of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for temporary, fast track, deemed consent for urgent change to construction hours relating to extant permission 18/00590/X (Amendment to permission ref. 15/06400/F allowed after appeal ref. Appeal Ref: APP/Z0116/W/17/3166851). Proposed working hours to be: Monday to Friday 07:30 to 21:00; Saturday 08:00 to 18:00; Sunday 08:00 to 18:00; site personnel and delivery vehicles will be allowed access to site from 7.00am, to avoid any waiting of vehicles in the adjacent roads.

Request for a Screening Opinion as to whether an Environmental Impact Assessment is required for demolition of existing buildings and structures and the construction of up to 190 residential units, up to 750sqm of commercial floorspace, parking, landscaping and ancillary uses. - (Please note that this is not a planning application and therefore we are not carrying out public consultation on the proposal at this stage).
