Application for variation of condition No. 3 following grant of planning permission Reference Number 16/05680/F - (Appeal Ref: APP/Z0116/W/18/3211343) (Alterations to boundary wall, new access, development of sui-generis residential units for students (2no. 5-bed cluster flats), with associated refuse and cycle storage.) Variation of condition wording to allow for the creation of the approved new access, including the new opening in the Colston Street boundary wall, prior to the commencement of intrusive geotechnical investigations of the site, rather than prior to any works at all commencing on site.
