Now proposed - amendments to general landscape layout and provision of harbourside gate.

Application for the variation of condition 12 (Approved Plans) following the grant of planning permission: 20/01279/F for the demolition of boundary wall and construction of a two storey building containing 1no. residential unit with associated provision of amenity space, refuse and cycle storage - now proposed amendment to the access to the application site.
