Application for variation of condition 2 (List of approved drawings and documents) attached to planning appeal decision APP/Z0116/W/20/3262242 (BCC Ref. 19/06132/F) that granted consent for the erection of a three storey building containing 7no. residential flats, and associated works. Amendment sought to reconfigure the pitched roof profile and uppermost floor plan layout.

Application for variation of condition No. Condition 25(List of approved plans) following grant of planning permission 20/04662/F - Extension and conversion of existing house into 2no. self-contained flats, and the erection of 2no. self-contained flats, with associated works. Amendment sought for entrance porch and WC for Flat 4 on the south elevation of the new-build element, and a single dormer window serving Flat 3, again on the new-build element, located centrally within the rear roof slope.

Application to vary conditions 10 (landscaping scheme), 12 (approved materials) and 13 (list of approved plans) of permission 19/04679/X, which (following previous amendments to permission 10/05512/R, itself a renewal of permission 07/02235/F) approved the demolition of shed to the rear, conversion of the remainder to three dwellings and commercial use (Classes A1, A2, B1 or D2); and erection of a building comprising 20 flats. (Major application) - now proposed change of wording of condition 10 and 12, so wording only relates to the development of 20 flats and not the 2m wide strip of land between the rear wall and the bicycle/bin store, to reflect the different ownerships of the overall site as set out in the submitted cover letter.
