Application for variation of condition 17 (Travel Plan) of planning permission 18/00433/X, which varied previous planning permissions (17/0046 and 16/04224/X) of planning permission 16/01352/F for the demolition of existing single storey primary school, children's centre and two storey caretakers house. Erection of a two storey school and children's centre building along with external works, including a new car park, new entrances, external play and sports areas and soft landscaping. Condition Number(s): 19 and 26 Condition 26 is a duplication of 19. As such, information for either condition will apply to the other. Conditions(s) Removal: This application is to vary conditions 19 and 26. As there is no specific end user in place for the Children's Centre we have been advised by the Planning Officer an Interim Travel Plan can be submitted for review in advance of a Full Travel Plan being submitted within 12 months following occupation.
