G3- Group of Pines- Fell Corsican Pine closest to the building, lift lightly remaining Pines. G4- Mixed Group- Prune to clear building by 2m, reduce behind kerb, crown lift to 4m, remove weak and marked stems.

Replace the wall with a fence. The Large London Plane Tree is pushing the wall over and this will only get more dangerous.

Widen existing driveway by demolishing existing rockery, fence, tree, gate post and gates. Block pave drive and with vehicular access.
