Application for variation/remove condition 52 (non-opening windows) of permission 19/04331/F - Mixed use development comprising the conversion of part of the Old BRI Hospital building to accommodate 62 residential flats (C3 Use Class) alongside external alterations; retention and refurbishment of Fripps Chapel for community use (A3, D1 or D2 Use Class); demolition of the remainder of the buildings and erection of a part 4, 5 and 6 storey building to provide 416 students beds (Sui generis) and 123 sq m of ground floor commercial floorspace (A1, A2, B1, D1 and D2 Use Class) associated landscaping; private access road, car parking and cycle parking - Air Quality Assessment concludes mechanical ventilation is not required and that opening windows to the Marlborough Street facade should be allowed.

Variation of condition 31 (List of approved drawings) attached to permission 19/02068/X, which approved a hybrid planning application for the development of B1 (office) and flexible uses (A1/A2/A3/A4/A5/B1/D1/D2). Detailed phase (Building A) proposes B1 (office), flexible uses (A1/A2/A3/A4/A5/B1/D1/D2) and associated car parking and public realm. Outline areas (Buildings B and C) propose office (B1), flexible uses (A1/A2/A3/A4/A5/B1/D1/D2) associated car parking, public realm, pontoon harbour walkway and landscape works.(Major application). Variation sought to allow for an updated drawing that shows the proposed reduction in car parking spaces and a new generator.

Application for variation of condition 17 (Travel Plan) of planning permission 18/00433/X, which varied previous planning permissions (17/0046 and 16/04224/X) of planning permission 16/01352/F for the demolition of existing single storey primary school, children's centre and two storey caretakers house. Erection of a two storey school and children's centre building along with external works, including a new car park, new entrances, external play and sports areas and soft landscaping. Condition Number(s): 19 and 26 Condition 26 is a duplication of 19. As such, information for either condition will apply to the other. Conditions(s) Removal: This application is to vary conditions 19 and 26. As there is no specific end user in place for the Children's Centre we have been advised by the Planning Officer an Interim Travel Plan can be submitted for review in advance of a Full Travel Plan being submitted within 12 months following occupation. Please refer to the covering letter date 14.06.18. We wish for the conditions to allow for an Interim Children's Centre Travel Plan to be accepted for the 12 month period following occupation.
