Application for the variation of conditions 6 and 8 following grant of application 19/06153/X for the variation of a conditions 30 (Hard and Soft Landscaping) and 33 (List of Approved Plans) of permission 16/05329/F - Erection of building to provide residential -accommodation (Class C3), associated parking, landscaping and boundary treatment. Internal and external alterations to West Purifier House and the Engine House to facilitate conversion into 58 residential units (Class C3). Alterations to boundary wall to provide access, changes to harbourside walkway, alterations to windows and alterations to Engine House wall. Now proposed - amendments to general landscape layout and provision of harbourside gate.

Application under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 for the variation of condition 18 following grant of planning application 20/02068/LA for the proposed addition of a lift, alter the external forecourt, install replacement windows on ground floor and roof lanterns.
