T002 - Western Red Cedar - Reduce tree in height by 3 meters and reduce overhanging branches back from neighbouring property to boundary by approx. 2 meters.

G1 4x Leyland Cypress (forming part of a boundary hedge) Fell. T1 Silver Birch - Fell

Birch/Sycamore (G1) Prune back the overhanging branches by approx 1.5m to the boundary line with Deepdale up to 5m from ground level.

G1 - 6 x Lawson Cypress - Crown lift along boundary to approx 2m to make room for new fence. TPO 349

Walnut (T1) Crown reduce by 3m. Crown lift over the pavement to 2.5m and over the road to 5m. Ash (G2) Reduce the height of the row of thin trees on the boundary by 2m and laterally by 0.5m. Holly (T3) Reduce all round by 1.5m

Horse Chestnut - Reduce height and spread by 3m down to old points. Mixed Trees and Shrubs on rear boundary over hanging lane - Reduce spread by 4-5m to fence line and remove dead trees/shrubs.

Application for variation of Condition 3 (Protection of Retained Trees during the Construction Period); 36 (Works to trees) and 37 (List of Approved Plans) 21/00962/F for the demolition of existing link building (and associated structures); partial demolition of two sections of boundary wall; erection of new link building with frontage landscaping and accessible (ramped) access onto Sheridan Road; creation of new vehicular egress onto Sheridan Road; reorganisation of external areas, to include a relocated multi-use games area, landscape courtyard and staff parking / drop off zone. Alterations including retention of MUGA in current location, changes to the landscaping scheme to the rear of the school, change to the shape of the covered decked areas, removal of one additional tree with additional planting.

Field Maple (T10-T12) Crown reduce by 2.5m. Crown lift to 3m over parking spaces. Field Maple/Lime (T1,2,3,4,6,7) Crown lift to 3m over the pavement and parking spaces and 4m over the road. Lime (G9) Reduce back the lateral spread by 3m to the boundary line to clear the side elevation of 66 Robertson Drive. Sycamore (G9) Crown lift to 4m all round to clear neighbouring gardens and to remove the limb resting on the adjacent garage roof.

Walnut (T1) Reduce the overhang of the garden of 57 Trelawney Road by removing the lowest branch and the secondary back to a growth point within 1m of the boundary and pruning in the rest of the tree on the south side by up to 2m. Katsura (T2) Reduce back lateral spread on the south side by 1.5m.
