Amendments to the following sought: Reduced length of segment production factory and addition of a rebar storage area, reduction of segment storage area and add a general storage building, add a welfare building, storage unit building and access road, reorientation of the head unit structures, new internal road, change tower crane arrangement and fixed instead of travelling and relocate aggregate bins - now proposed to extend time limit to 7th April 2022.
