Application for the approval of details reserved by Parts 2.2 (Structural Alterations/works) & 2.3 (Replacement Windows (Front Elevation)) of Condition 2 attached to Listed Building Consent 18/00545/LA, which approved internal alterations to support the implementation of permitted development rights for the conversion of a retail unit (Class A1) to a mixed use scheme comprising retail (Class A1) and two dwellings (Class C3) to the upper floors. The works include remediation of the fabric of the building, division of the upper floors into 2no. three bedroom apartments, replacement of the staircase from the second to third floor, removal of a modern staircase from ground to first floor and new staircase from the first to second floor. Reinstatement of the original front elevation windows (single glazed timber sashes).
