Variation of Condition 52 (List of approved drawings) attached to permission ref. 20/00299/F, which approved the demolition of existing structures and development of 173 dwellings (Use Class C3) together with provision of public open space, play areas and landscaping; cycle parking and car parking provision; and associated infrastructure works, including construction of a bridge over Brislington Brook, use of the existing access off Airport Road and 2 no. new accesses off Salcombe Road and Ilminster Avenue -Variation sought to update the wheelchair compliant house type that has been developed for the site.

Application for variation of condition 17 (Travel Plan) of planning permission 18/00433/X, which varied previous planning permissions (17/0046 and 16/04224/X) of planning permission 16/01352/F for the demolition of existing single storey primary school, children's centre and two storey caretakers house. Erection of a two storey school and children's centre building along with external works, including a new car park, new entrances, external play and sports areas and soft landscaping. Condition Number(s): 19 and 26 Condition 26 is a duplication of 19. As such, information for either condition will apply to the other. Conditions(s) Removal: This application is to vary conditions 19 and 26. As there is no specific end user in place for the Children's Centre we have been advised by the Planning Officer an Interim Travel Plan can be submitted for review in advance of a Full Travel Plan being submitted within 12 months following occupation. Please refer to the covering letter date 14.06.18. We wish for the conditions to allow for an Interim Children's Centre Travel Plan to be accepted for the 12 month period following occupation.
