Alteration to front elevation: 2no. new windows to first floor behind commercial parapet. Alterations to rear elevation: Enlarge 1no. windows to first floor, 1no. new window to first floor and enlarge existing dormer and add new AOV rooflight to roof.

Proposed internal alterations to create a single dwelling, including provision of a master bedroom and removal of rear dormer window with installation of new rear dormer window and conservation roof light.

Raise roof level by 150mm, overlay the existing top floor communal bituminous felt roof including the flat roofs to the top of the dormer windows with a single ply membrane. To renew 2nos roof light access hatches, and other roof lights from dwelling flats and cover over those roof lights that are disused.

Application for a Certificate of Proposed Development - Raise hipped roof at side of existing dwellinghouse to form new gable end to roof. New Dormer at rear. New roof windows at front and rear.
