Application for a non-material amendment following grant of planning permission 19/04212/X for an application to vary condition numbers 3 (Highway Works) and 34 (Approved Plans) attached to planning permission 18/02302/F - Demolition of all existing buildings, and the erection of buildings to facilitate 67 residential dwelling units consisting of 8 terraced houses and 59 flats, external landscaping, parking and other associated works.
