There is one tree in the garden of 1 Pipe Close, of which the branches of the tree need to be cut back that overhang onto the rear communal garden of our property apartments of 33 to 36 Honeychurch Close. The branches are extremely close to touching the property and could cause damage. We are requesting permission for us to have a tree surgeon in to cut back any branches that are overhanging. .
