The TPO is out of date as it applies to all the trees in the area. I believe most of my trees do not need a TPO as they are forestry not amenity. They are accessed from a private road have fencing all around the area and a locked gate. Forestry trees are for profit not to look at. The ground is very acidic and nothing will grow under them, unlike natural woodland. The old map of the area clearly shows the difference between woodland and forestry areas.
